Cavatelli translates as "little hollows" in English. These rustic-shaped vegan pasta shells are made from three simple ingredients; durum wheat semolina flour, water, and a pinch of salt.
Just plunge in boiling salted water for 4 - 5 minutes.
Suitable for freezing. Vegan.
