Indulgent filled vegan ravioli with peas & shallot. Just plunge in boiling salted water for 4 to 5 minutes and serve with olive oil, bread crumbs and rocket salad leaves.
Ravioli (singular: Raviolo) is a type of pasta comprising a delicious filling enveloped in thin pasta dough. Ravioli is considered a dumpling, with a delicious filling sealed between two layers of thin pasta. Though it takes many shapes, including circular or semi-circular forms, the traditional form of ravioli is a square.
Top tip: to ensure your ravioli is ready to enjoy, simply slice into your ravioli - if there's no starchy line in the center of the pasta dough, your ravioli is done!
