They get their shape from being pressed with a fork or a cheese grater to make ridges that can hold the sauce.
Cooking Instructions: cook in boiling salted water for 2-3 mins, can be eaten straight away or then pan fried for a crispy potato pillow. Also, can be deep fried for ultimate potato pillow dreaminess.
