Our classic vegan gnocchi is soft and light in texture and cooks in only a few minutes. These soft, light yellow parcels of dough are made from potatoes and have a fresh pasta aroma.
They get their shape from being pressed with a fork or a cheese grater to make ridges that can hold the sauce.
Suitable for freezing. Vegan.
