Our Beetroot Gnocchi are delicious soft potato dumplings.
They're freshly handmade using premium Italian ingredients.
The burgundy colour is created using natural beetroot powder. This beetroot gnocchi is soft and light in texture and cooks in only a few minutes. They're extremely versatile and can be served with any sauce.
Suitable for freezing. Vegan.
Cooking instructions: cook in boiling salted water for 2-3 mins, can be eaten straight away or then pan fried for a crispy potato pillow. Also, can be deep fried for ultimate potato pillow dreaminess.
