Yellow Brick Road (Mild Crunchy Curry)
Homemade vegan sweet and savoury sauce made with roasted red peppers, chickpeas, pak choi, baby corn, chilli and coconut milk. The aromatic oriental notes from the ginger, red chilli, garlic, fennel, star anise, cumin, cardamom, cloves and Szechuan pepper and go perfectly with our plain gnocchi. Just boil and then deep fry with turmeric.
Heat required amount of sauce in a saucepan on a medium heat for around 6 minutes, stirring occasionally, until smooth, rich and creamy.
Top tip, don't rinse your cooked pasta once cooked. The sauce will cling to the pasta, enhancing the great taste!
