Our artisanal vegan ravioli are square-shaped pasta parcels made with with durum wheat flour and water and they are stuffed with a simple but delicious filling made with sautéed green peas and tasty shallots cooked in extra virgin olive oil.
1. Put a pan of water on to boil. Once it's come to the boil, salt generously.
2. Add the Ravioli and cook for 5 to 6 minutes depending on taste.
3. Drain and serve straight away.
Serving & Tips:
Our advice is to enjoy our ravioli with a salsa verde (any fresh herbs in the blender with olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, salt pepper). Sprinkle with our handmade vegan parmesan for en even better experience.
