1. Put a pan of water on to boil. Once it's come to the boil, salt generously.

2. Add the Chitarra and cook for 4  minutes.

3. Drain and serve straight away.

Serving & Tips:

So versatile, anything left over in the fridge will do! Our favourite option is to heat up our Pomodoro sauce. Transfer the Chitarra, toss well and serve. Top with fresh basil leaves and Pastan Vegan Parmesan.
