Cavatelli

Cavatelli

Rustic shaped vegan pasta shells. Cavatelli translates as "little hollows". They're made with from three simple ingredients; durum wheat semolina flour, water, and a pinch of salt.

Method:

1. Put a pan of water on to boil. Once it's come to the boil, salt generously.

2. Add the Cavatelli and cook for 5 minutes.

3. Drain and serve straight away.

Serving & Tips:

Our favourite option is to heat up our vegan cheese sauce, transfer the Cavatelli, toss well and serve. Top with bread crumbs and under the over grill for 2 mins. Just before serving, sprinkle our vegan handmade parmesan and enjoy.
